You want to recommend a CRM to your audience and get paid for it. Then you open ten affiliate pages and find that “recurring” means 12 months on one, a customer’s whole lifetime on another and a single flat fee on a third.
The best CRM affiliate programs in 2026 are Fluid CRM (50% for 12 months), HubSpot (30% for up to 12 months) and Pipedrive (20% to 30% for 12 months). Close, monday.com and Zoho also pay on the first year. HighLevel (40%), EngageBay and Salesflare (30%) and Capsule CRM (20% to 30%) pay for the customer’s lifetime.
What Makes a CRM Affiliate Program Worth Promoting
A CRM affiliate program is worth promoting when the commissions are good, the tracking is fair and your audience can say yes to the product. I set up the first program on this list, so I judged it on the same five checks as the other nine.
How long the commission lasts
This is the term that changes your income the most. CRM programs pay in one of three ways.
- For the customer’s lifetime, as long as they keep paying
- For the first 12 months or first year of each customer, then it stops
- A flat bounty, a single payment for each paid account
The cookie window
The cookie window is how long after a click you still get credit for the sale. A CRM is rarely bought on the first visit, so a short window costs you sales you earned.
Approval and the payout floor
Some programs give you a link in seconds and others review your site for a week or two. The payout floor matters as well, because a $100 minimum can leave a small affiliate waiting months for a first payment.
Whether your audience can say yes
At Fenixtal, my outbound agency, I booked 1,250+ sales calls for 50+ B2B clients. Most of those small teams kept their leads in spreadsheets or in a CRM nobody wanted to open.
That is who reads most small-business blogs and newsletters. A high commission on a product built for 200-person sales teams pays nothing if your readers are teams of three.
How to work out what one referral pays
Multiply the price per seat by the number of seats, then by the commission rate, then by the months it is paid. How many people in your audience buy for a team of 50?
Take a made-up $50 seat as the example. A 40-seat account at 30% for 12 months pays you $7,200, and a 3-seat account on the same terms pays $540. Use the team size your readers have, not the one on the vendor’s sales page.
The 10 Best CRM Affiliate Programs Compared
The table below compares the ten CRM affiliate programs on the terms that decide what you earn.
| Program | Commission | How long it pays |
|---|---|---|
| Fluid CRM | 50% | First 12 months |
| HubSpot | 30% | Up to 12 months |
| Pipedrive | 20%, or 30% at the next tier | First 12 months |
| Close | 30% | First-year subscription |
| monday.com | Up to 100% | First year’s sales |
| Zoho | 15% to 20% by tier | 12 months, first purchase only |
| HighLevel | 40% | Life of the active account |
| EngageBay | 30% | While the customer pays |
| Salesflare | 30% | Customer’s lifetime |
| Capsule CRM | 20% to 30% by tier | Customer’s lifetime |

CRM Affiliate Programs That Pay for the First 12 Months
Six of the ten CRM affiliate programs pay on a customer’s first 12 months and then stop.
1. Fluid CRM (best for small B2B team audiences)
Fluid CRM is the simple sales CRM we built for small B2B teams, and its affiliate program pays 50% of every payment for a customer’s first 12 months. That covers monthly and annual billing, with a 90-day cookie where the first click wins.
The sum for one referral looks like this. A 3-seat team on monthly billing pays $48 a month, so you earn $24 a month and $288 across the 12 months.
The same team on annual billing pays $432 once, so you earn $216. Commission starts when the 7-day trial turns into a paid plan.
Here is what you’d be recommending. A verified customer who owns an agency wrote, “It is simple and super easy to use, and it doesn’t take hours to upload a lead… I do not do many reviews, but this is very deserving.”
You can read the rest in the verified buyer reviews and on G2.
The limits are real. The price per seat is low, so one sale pays less than a referral to an enterprise CRM.
There are no promo codes. Tracking is cookie-based, so a click on a phone followed by a purchase on a laptop isn’t credited.
The terms forbid search ads on the Fluid CRM brand name, coupon sites and referring yourself.
- Best for: audiences of solo founders, small agencies and B2B teams, plus anyone making content about Claude, since the CRM has an official Claude connector
- Not for: audiences that need a dialer or marketing automation, or teams above about 20 people
- Payout: $20 minimum, paid through PayPal 30 days after the month closes
- How to join: sign up on the Fluid CRM affiliate page with an email, with no approval step
2. HubSpot (best for a broad business audience)
HubSpot pays 30% recurring for up to one year and has the longest cookie on this list at 180 days. The minimum payout is $10, by direct deposit or PayPal.
Applications are reviewed in two to three business days. The program has three tiers based on sign-ups per month, and the top tier of 100 or more gets a custom rate.
- Best for: marketing, operations and general business audiences who already know the name
- Not for: readers who want one small sales tool and nothing else
3. Pipedrive (best for sales-team audiences)
Pipedrive pays a 20% revenue share for the first 12 months of each new paying customer. The next tier pays 30%, and you reach it with two to five sales a month for six months in a row. A third tier above that has a custom rate.
The cookie is 90 days and the minimum payout is $5. The application takes one to two weeks, and Pipedrive asks for a professional online presence with a B2B focus. Commissions lock two months after the sale and are paid on the 13th of the month.
- Best for: audiences of sales managers and reps who want a pipeline tool
- Not for: brand-new sites, because of the review
4. Close (best for inside-sales and calling audiences)
Close pays 30% commission on a customer’s first-year subscription. Its partner page also mentions lifetime commissions, so ask how those work before you count on them.
Close has one partner program for agencies, consultants, affiliates and creators. Applications are reviewed in one to two business days and followed by a short call.
- Best for: audiences that sell by phone and email all day
- Not for: affiliates who want an instant link with no call
5. monday.com (highest headline rate)
monday.com advertises up to 100% commission on a referred customer’s first-year sales. The “up to” depends on your tier, and the commission covers the first year only.
Payouts go out monthly through PayPal or Stripe. On a large account that first year can beat 12 months of 30%, which is why the team size of your audience matters so much here.
- Best for: audiences that buy work software for whole departments
- Not for: affiliates who want income that keeps arriving after the first year
6. Zoho (best for audiences already using Zoho apps)
Zoho pays 15% of the revenue it receives from a referred customer’s first purchase over the following 12 months. Two higher tiers pay 18% and 20%.
Later purchases of other Zoho products earn nothing. The customer has to stay 60 days, the commission on a single deal is capped at $25,000 and the minimum payout is $100 by wire or PayPal.
- Best for: consultants and bloggers whose readers already live in Zoho
- Not for: small affiliates, because of the $100 floor
CRM Affiliate Programs With Recurring Commission for Life
Four CRM affiliate programs on this list pay recurring commission for as long as the customer keeps paying. Their rates are lower than the highest 12-month rate, and a customer who stays three years makes up for it.
7. HighLevel (best for agency audiences)
HighLevel pays 40% recurring commission for the life of any active account. That is the highest lifetime rate on this list.
Get the cookie length and the payout minimum in writing before you build a campaign on them.
- Best for: audiences of marketing agencies that resell software to their clients
- Not for: readers who want a simple pipeline and nothing more
8. EngageBay (best for all-in-one buyers)
EngageBay pays 30% recurring for as long as the referral keeps paying. Commissions clear after a 30-day refund window and are paid before the 5th of each month.
Attribution is first click, the same as Fluid CRM.
- Best for: small-business audiences that want marketing, sales and support in one tool
- Not for: sales-only audiences
9. Salesflare (best for B2B audiences that sell by email)
Salesflare pays 30% on all subscription fees for the customer’s lifetime, through PartnerStack.
Its partner terms forbid Google Ads on brand terms and affiliate links in articles that target the search “Salesflare review”. They also exclude promoting to people who already know Salesflare. The terms also let Salesflare change the rate.
- Best for: newsletters and communities of small B2B teams
- Not for: sites built around single-product review pages, because of that rule
10. Capsule CRM (best for an established content site)
Capsule CRM pays lifetime commission on three tiers. You earn 20% on up to 25 customers, 25% from 26 to 50 and 30% above 50.
The cookie is 30 days, the shortest on this list. You have to show proof of content before the partnerships team activates you, and payouts go out by PayPal on the 1st of each month. Its terms forbid bidding on the Capsule brand name in paid ads.
- Best for: sites that already publish CRM content and can show it
- Not for: new affiliates with nothing published yet
CRM Affiliate Programs I Left Off the List and Why
Five CRM affiliate programs you’ll see in other lists are not in this one, each for a reason.
- Attio has no cash program. Its referral page offers a $200 gift card per qualifying referral.
- folk has a program, but its affiliate terms say the rate is shown in your dashboard after you register.
- Insightly has partner terms that cover annual deals closed by its own sales team.
- Freshworks has an affiliate page that lists its support and IT products, not its CRM.
- Less Annoying CRM pays 10% of revenue, a lower rate than every program on this list.
If you’d rather compare the products than the programs, I do that in best CRMs for startups and CRM for small agencies.
CRM Affiliate Programs: Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on what you count. monday.com has the highest percentage at up to 100%, on the first year only. Fluid CRM has the highest fixed rate on this list at 50% for 12 months. The largest total per referral usually comes from a lifetime program on a higher-priced product, such as HighLevel at 40%.
Most on this list do, but for different lengths of time. HighLevel, EngageBay, Salesflare and Capsule CRM pay for as long as the customer pays. Fluid CRM, HubSpot and Pipedrive pay for a customer’s first 12 months, and Close, monday.com and Zoho pay on the first year.
Not for Fluid CRM, where you sign up with an email and get a link with no approval step. I’d still try any product before you recommend it.
It depends on the program. Fluid CRM pays through PayPal 30 days after the month closes, once you’ve earned $20. Pipedrive’s page describes a payout two to three months after the sale, and EngageBay pays early each month after a 30-day refund window.
Check each program’s terms before you spend anything. Fluid CRM, Salesflare and Capsule CRM all forbid bidding on their brand names in search ads. Fluid CRM also forbids coupon sites and referring yourself. You also have to disclose affiliate links to your audience.
Which CRM Affiliate Program To Join First
Pick the CRM affiliate program whose product fits the people who already read you. Then check that the commission lasts long enough to be worth the content you’ll make.
| Your audience | Program I’d start with |
|---|---|
| Solo founders, freelancers and small agencies | Fluid CRM |
| Marketing and general business readers | HubSpot |
| Sales managers and sales reps | Pipedrive or Close |
| Agencies that resell software to clients | HighLevel |
| Small businesses that want one tool for everything | EngageBay |
| Readers who already use Zoho apps | Zoho |
Whichever you choose, disclose the link. The FTC’s endorsement guides explain how, and many other countries have similar rules.
If your readers are small B2B teams, the Fluid CRM affiliate program pays 50% for 12 months and takes a minute to join. Try the product first so you know what you’re recommending, and note that your own subscription doesn’t earn commission. My post on Claude CRM shows the connector if AI is your topic.
