Fluid CRM is a calm sales CRM for B2B teams of 1 to 10 that keeps deals and follow-ups moving without messy spreadsheets or CRM bloat. It has one plan and every feature is included. It’s built in Helsinki by a founder who got tired of watching lead his clients paid for die in silence.
Most CRMs blame the salesperson , because they assume you are undisciplined and they sell you reminders. We think the tool is the problem. If a CRM is unpleasant to open , it doesn’t get opened, and deals die on the days it stays closed. That’s why Fluid is built to be calm enough that a team actually opens it every morning, and open enough that AI agents like Claude or ChatGPT can keep the pipeline moving on the days nobody does.
What Fluid CRM does
Pipelines and deals
Unlimited pipelines and unlimited contacts, with drag-and-drop stages and revenue forecasting built in. You see what is worth money this month without building a report, which is the reason most pipelines stop being updated.
Follow-up reminders and the daily digest
Set a reminder on any deal and Fluid CRM emails you a digest every morning at 9:00 or at any time of your choosing in your own timezone. The digest is a big part of the product. It means the follow-up happens even on the days you never open the app.
Contacts, lead capture and email
Lead capture forms drop new enquiries straight into a pipeline stage, and BCC email sync files your sent mail against the right deal. Nothing has to be copied across by hand, so the record stays true.
Automations and integrations
Eight in-app automations, a full REST API and 16 webhooks, plus one-click import and export. Your data is yours and it leaves as easily as it arrived.
The MCP server
Fluid CRM ships a hosted MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP-capable AI assistant can read and update your pipeline in plain language. Ask what needs chasing today and get the answer without opening a tab. It went live on 21 September 2026 and it’s included at no extra cost. See how it works on the AI CRM for teams who work in Claude and ChatGPT page.
Free sales tools
Alongside the CRM we publish a set of free sales calculators and templates, including a sales velocity calculator, a CRM spreadsheet template and a cold email template library. No account needed for any of them.

What makes Fluid CRM different
One plan, no upgrade ladder
Every feature is on the only plan. That is the whole pricing argument, because the cheap headline price elsewhere is rarely the price you end up paying. OnePageCRM starts at €8.95 per user per month and rises to €39 monthly the moment you want more than one pipeline. Capsule starts at $18 and becomes $36 the moment you want an automation. Close starts at $9 for one person and becomes $49 the moment there are two of you. Fluid CRM has one number and no second row of the table.
Month-to-month, no annual lock
You can pay monthly and cancel whenever you like, and the annual plan is a discount rather than a requirement. Several CRMs advertise the annual price as the headline and quietly charge 25 to 40 percent more if you want to stay flexible.
AI access on the cheapest plan we sell
MCP support is included at the entry price with nothing gated behind a higher tier or a beta waitlist. Less Annoying CRM has no MCP server at all, and Capsule keeps its version in a private beta you have to request. Ours is on, for everyone, today.
Your data stays in the EU
Fluid CRM runs on AWS in Stockholm, with EU data residency, a published Data Processing Agreement and a published sub-processor list. For a European team selling to European buyers that removes a procurement conversation before it starts.
Named customers, not logo soup
Fluid CRM is used by teams including Cold Emailers, Menestyvä Myynti, Knight Theory, Abacus Partners and DWC, alongside freelancers, consultants and small agencies across the world in all continents. Every testimonial on our site is a named person at a named company, because an unattributed quote proves nothing.
The founder answers the support email
There is no ticket queue and no offshore first line. You email Fluid CRM and Omar replies. Customers keep writing about it in reviews, which is not something a support department gets said about it.
We also publish honest head-to-head comparisons rather than leaving you to guess, including Fluid CRM vs Pipedrive, vs HubSpot, vs Attio and vs Close. Where a competitor is the better fit, those pages say so.
Who uses Fluid CRM
- B2B service businesses and agencies with 1 to 10 people, especially outbound and cold email agencies tracking leads per client
- Founders selling their own product, who need a pipeline but do not want to administer one
- Small business owners with one or two salespeople, who outgrew a spreadsheet and bounced off Pipedrive or HubSpot
- Solo operators such as consultants, travel agents and freelancers managing a handful of live deals
- Account and relationship managers who care more about post-sale touchpoints than net-new sales
- Teams who bought a big CRM, used 5 percent of it, and stopped logging in
- Technical people who require a robust API, webhooks and MCP without breaking the bank
The team behind Fluid CRM
Omar Abdalla, founder
Omar is a B2B founder based in the Helsinki region of Finland. Before Fluid CRM he built Fenixtal, a B2B outbound agency that booked over 1,250 sales calls for more than 50 client companies and generated over 12 million euros in pipeline across Finland, the UK and Ireland.
That is where Fluid came from. He spent years handing clients hard-won, expensive leads and then watching those leads sit untouched in CRMs nobody opened, losing money in total silence.
Some of the people Fluid was built for were agency clients first, and the other part was how an agency itself operates.
Omar is on LinkedIn, and Fluid CRM has its own company page.
How the company is built
Fluid CRM was founded on 1 November 2025 and is independent and self-funded, with no investors and no board. Omar leads product and support, and a small contract team handles development and operations as needed. Staying small is deliberat. There is no growth target that requires adding a feature nobody asked for. What is being built next is public on the roadmap.
How Fluid CRM works
Getting started
You sign up at fluidcrm.io with an email address or Google auth. No credit card, sales calls or demo to book. The free trial runs 7 days and the onboarding puts one real deal and one reminder into your pipeline, so you finish setup with the product already doing its job. Most people are importing their existing contacts within ten minutes. If you would rather not do it yourself, we offer a free pipeline setup.
Moving your data in and out
Import contacts and deals from a CSV, or from an export out of your current CRM following the import guide. Export works the same way at any time without asking us. There is no lock-in and no offboarding fee. Everything else is written up in the help docs and the full FAQ.
Support
Support is by email at hello@fluidcrm.io and it goes to Omar directly. Most messages get a reply within one business day, often the same evening. There is no chatbot in front of it.
What happens after you pay
Billing is handled by Stripe. There is a 14-day money-back guarantee, and after that you can cancel from inside the app and keep access to the end of the period you paid for.

Frequently asked questions
Fluid CRM is a simple sales CRM for small B2B teams. It handles pipelines, contacts, follow-up reminders and lead capture, and it emails you a digest every morning so follow-ups happen without you opening the app.
16 per user per month billed monthly, or 12 per user per month billed annually. There is one plan and every feature is included. The free trial is 7 days and needs no credit card.
Small B2B teams of roughly 1 to 10 people including agencies, service businesses, founders selling their own product, and small sales teams who found bigger CRMs too heavy to keep updated.
Those are platforms with tiers, and the features a small team needs tend to live two tiers up. Fluid has one plan with everything in it, and a deliberately small feature set. If you need marketing automation, call recording and custom reporting suites, Fluid is the wrong choice and we will say so.
Today it uses BCC sync: you BCC an address and the message files itself against the right deal. Full two-way inbox sync is in development and will be included at no extra cost when it ships.
Yes. Fluid ships a hosted MCP server, included on every plan, so an AI assistant can read your pipeline, update deals and tell you what needs chasing today in plain language.
On AWS in Stockholm, inside the European Union. Fluid publishes a Data Processing Agreement and a list of sub-processors, and you can export everything yourself at any time.
No. Fluid is month-to-month and you cancel from inside the app. The annual plan is a discount, not a requirement, and there is no setup or onboarding fee. There is also a 14-day money-back guarantee.
