Pipedrive has four plans and no free plan. Lite is $14 per seat a month, Growth $39, Premium $59 and Ultimate $79, all billed annually, or $24, $49, $79 and $99 billed monthly. Five add-ons cost extra on Lite and Growth, and two of them are never included in any plan.
Pipedrive Pricing Plans and Prices Compared
Pipedrive prices every plan per seat, and you pay for each seat whether somebody is assigned to it or not. The lower number on Pipedrive’s pricing page is the annual rate, which means one payment for 12 months up front.
| Plan | Billed annually | Billed monthly | One seat for a year, paid annually | What the plan adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | $14/seat/month | $24/seat/month | $168 | Pipelines, contacts, reminders, API |
| Growth | $39/seat/month | $49/seat/month | $468 | Two-way email sync, automations, sequences |
| Premium | $59/seat/month | $79/seat/month | $708 | LeadBooster, Smart Docs and Projects included, lead scoring |
| Ultimate | $79/seat/month | $99/seat/month | $948 | Audit log, security rules, sandbox account |
Every plan comes with a 14-day trial and no credit card. There is no free plan to fall back on when the trial ends, so the cheapest way to keep using Pipedrive is one Lite seat at $168 a year.
The step that matters most in that table is the first one. Growth costs 2.8 times what Lite costs per seat on annual billing, and the next section shows which features sit behind it.
If you remember different plan names, you are not wrong. Pipedrive renamed its plans in 2025, so Essential became Lite, Advanced became Growth, Professional and Power merged into Premium and Enterprise became Ultimate.
What Each Pipedrive Plan Unlocks
Pipedrive’s published prices are accurate, and nothing here is hidden. The plans differ by which features are switched on, so the useful question is which single feature you would upgrade for.
| Feature | Lite | Growth | Premium | Ultimate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Unlimited pipelines | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| API, webhooks and MCP | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Emails logged by BCC | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes |

| Active leads and deals | 2,500 per seat | 5,000 per seat | 15,000 per seat | 20,000 per seat |
| Custom fields | 30 | 100 | 300 | 500 |
Lite to Growth: email sync and automations
Lite logs an email only when you BCC it to Pipedrive. Two-way sync with Gmail or Outlook starts on Growth, and so do email templates, scheduled sends and open and click tracking.
Automations follow the same line. Lite has none at all, and Growth gives the whole company 50, plus five email sequences.
If your selling happens in your inbox, Growth is where Pipedrive starts for you. That makes $39 your seat price, not $14.
Growth to Premium: the add-ons become part of the plan
On Lite and Growth, LeadBooster, Smart Docs and Projects are paid add-ons. On Premium all three are included, along with lead scoring, a shared team inbox and phone support.
Premium also lets each seat sync three email accounts and lifts the automation limit to 150. For a team that would have bought add-ons anyway, this is the step that can lower the bill.
Premium to Ultimate: security and control
Ultimate adds an audit log, security rules and alerts, a sandbox account for testing and longer phone support hours. It also raises most limits again, to 250 automations and 500 custom fields.
Ultimate is built for a company with an IT person who asks who logged in from which device.
What every Pipedrive plan includes
The $14 plan is real software, and it helps to know what Pipedrive does not hold back. Lite has unlimited pipelines, custom fields, import and export, the mobile apps, API access, webhooks and single sign-on.
Pipedrive’s AI connection is on every plan too, and our Pipedrive MCP guide covers what it can do. A second or third pipeline will never be the reason you upgrade.
Pipedrive Add-Ons and What They Cost
Pipedrive sells five add-ons on top of the seat price. Three are included from Premium up, and two are extra on every plan including Ultimate.
| Add-on | What it does | Starting price, billed annually | Included from |
|---|---|---|---|
| LeadBooster | Chatbot, live chat, web forms and a prospecting database | $32.50 a month per company | Premium |
| Smart Docs | Proposals and e-signatures sent from a deal | $32.50 a month | Premium |
| Projects | Project management for work after the sale | Charged per seat on Lite and Growth | Premium |
| Web Visitors | Shows which companies visit your website | From $41 a month, by number of companies identified | Never |
| Campaigns | Email marketing to your contact list | From $13.33 a month, by subscriber count | Never |
LeadBooster is charged once per company, so it costs the same for one person as for thirty. That works out to $390 a year, which is more than twice the price of a Lite seat.
The detail people miss is where web forms live. A form on your website that creates a deal is part of LeadBooster, so a solo consultant on Lite who wants one pays $168 for the seat and $390 for the add-on.
Campaigns and Web Visitors never become part of a plan. If you want email marketing inside Pipedrive, you pay for it on Lite and you still pay for it on Ultimate.
Pipedrive charges by seat and by add-on, while some tools set their plans by how many contacts you store, which we cover in Pipedrive vs Capsule CRM.
What Pipedrive Costs Per Year at 1, 3 and 5 Seats
Here is what a full year of Pipedrive seats costs on each plan, before any add-on. The annual rows are one payment up front, and the monthly rows are 12 separate payments added together.
| Plan and billing | 1 seat | 3 seats | 5 seats |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lite, annual | $168 | $504 | $840 |
| Lite, monthly | $288 | $864 | $1,440 |
| Growth, annual | $468 | $1,404 | $2,340 |
| Growth, monthly | $588 | $1,764 | $2,940 |
| Premium, annual | $708 | $2,124 | $3,540 |
| Premium, monthly | $948 | $2,844 | $4,740 |
| Ultimate, annual | $948 | $2,844 | $4,740 |
| Ultimate, monthly | $1,188 | $3,564 | $5,940 |
Paying monthly costs the most on the cheapest plan. A Lite seat is $24 a month against $14, which is 71% more, and on Growth the difference is about 26%.
For a team of three on Lite that is $360 a year for the freedom to cancel in any month. If you are still testing whether the team will use it, pay monthly for two months and then switch to annual.
Stop for a second and answer one question before you choose. Which feature on the higher plan would your team have used last week, and can you name the deal it would have helped?
What a Small Team Pays for Pipedrive With Add-Ons
A team of 3 pays $42 a month for Pipedrive on Lite, $117 on Growth and from about $231 on Premium with Web Visitors and Campaigns, all on annual billing. Growth with LeadBooster, which adds web forms and a chatbot, comes to $149.50 a month or $1,794 a year.
What a team of 3 pays for Pipedrive
| Setup for 3 seats, billed annually | Per month | Per year |
|---|---|---|
| Lite | $42 | $504 |
| Growth | $117 | $1,404 |
| Growth plus LeadBooster | $149.50 | $1,794 |
| Growth plus LeadBooster and Campaigns | From $162.83 | From $1,954 |
| Premium, with LeadBooster, Smart Docs and Projects included | $177 | $2,124 |
| Premium plus Web Visitors and Campaigns | From $231.33 | From $2,776 |
Growth is the best fit for a team of 3 that needs email sync and automations and nothing else. Premium is the better pick when the same team needs web forms and proposals with e-signatures, since both are already inside it.
Campaigns and Web Visitors show “from” because their price rises with the size of your list and the number of companies identified. Paying monthly lifts the seat part of every row, to $147 a month on Growth and $237 on Premium.
Growth with LeadBooster or Premium
Small teams that sell by email usually start on Growth, then want a web form or a chatbot, and that means LeadBooster. So the choice is Growth with LeadBooster added, or Premium with LeadBooster already inside.
| Seats | Growth plus LeadBooster, per year | Premium, per year | Lower bill |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $858 | $708 | Premium, by $150 |
| 3 | $1,794 | $2,124 | Growth plus LeadBooster, by $330 |
| 5 | $2,730 | $3,540 | Growth plus LeadBooster, by $810 |
For one person, Premium is the cheaper way to get LeadBooster, and it comes with lead scoring and Smart Docs as well. From two seats up, Growth with the add-on costs less, because the add-on is one fixed charge while Premium adds $240 a year for every seat.
Smart Docs moves that line. It starts at another $32.50 a month, so a team that needs both add-ons pays less on Premium up to three seats.
None of this is a trick, and every number is on Pipedrive’s own pages. The seat price is the starting point, and the yearly total depends on which features you switch on.
When Pipedrive Is Worth the Price
Pipedrive is a very good sales tool, and for some teams it is the right buy at these prices. It earns its money when your team sells by email all day and wants every message, open and click attached to the deal without anyone typing it in.
It is also the stronger choice if you need things a simple pipeline tool does not do. That list includes native iPhone and Android apps, email sequences, lead scoring, proposals with e-signatures and a chatbot on your site.
Here are three situations where I would pay for it without arguing.
- You are one person who needs sync, forms and proposals. Take Premium at $708 a year and skip the add-ons, since all three are inside it.
- You are a team of three to five that lives in the inbox. Take Growth on annual billing and add LeadBooster only when you have a page that gets traffic.
- You have a sales manager who needs scoring and reports. Premium is built for that job, and the 250 reports per seat will get used.
If you are still deciding between Pipedrive and a bigger suite, Pipedrive vs HubSpot compares what the two cost side by side.
When Pipedrive Is More Tool Than You Need
Pipedrive costs more than you need when your team upgrades for one feature and gets a long list of others with it. You wanted email sync, and you now also own sequences, forecasting views, a scheduler and 50 automations somebody has to set up.
Every one of those is a thing to learn, configure and keep tidy. A plan built as a ladder always hands you more tool than the job needed, and the extra parts are the ones that turn a CRM into a second job.
Fenixtal, my outbound agency, booked 1,250+ sales calls, and I got a look at the CRM each client was paying for. The pattern I kept seeing with those clients was a paid CRM full of features nobody had set up and a pipeline nobody kept updated.
A verified customer of ours, a solopreneur, put that feeling into a review that does not name Pipedrive or any other tool. They praised a “clean, functioning and well thought design and not all the gimmickies that you pay extra, study forever and never use.”
That is why we built Fluid CRM as one plan. It costs $16 per seat a month or $144 per seat a year, and lead capture forms, 8 in-app automations, unlimited pipelines, reminders, the API and webhooks are all in it from the first day. Teams of two to ten can see how Fluid CRM works as a CRM for small sales teams.

It is a smaller tool than Pipedrive, and you should know where. Fluid CRM logs email by BCC and has no two-way email sync, and it has 8 in-app automations against Pipedrive’s 50 on Growth. It also has no e-signatures, no chatbot, no lead scoring and no native mobile app.
If any of those is the reason you are looking at Pipedrive, buy Pipedrive. If you want deals, next steps and reminders that take seconds to update, read Fluid CRM vs Pipedrive or the longer list of Pipedrive alternatives.

Which Pipedrive Plan to Pick
Pick the plan by the one feature you cannot work without, then check the yearly total before you look at the monthly price.
- Lite if you only need a pipeline, contacts and reminders and are happy to BCC your emails. Budget $168 per seat a year.
- Growth if you need email sync or automations. Budget $468 per seat a year, plus $390 if you want LeadBooster.
- Premium if you are solo and want the add-ons, or if you need two of them with three seats or fewer. Budget $708 per seat a year.
- Ultimate only if someone on your team asks for an audit log.
If you read the Lite line and thought that it already covers what you do, a simpler tool may fit better. Fluid CRM has one plan with every feature included, so there is no next plan to work out.
