folk CRM Pricing 2026: What Each Plan Leaves Out

folk CRM has three plans. Standard is $30 per member a month, Premium is $60 and Enterprise starts at $100, or $24, $48 and $80 a month on annual billing. There is no free plan, only a 14-day trial, and deals, sequences, the API and Zapier start on Premium.

folk CRM Pricing: Plans and Prices Compared

folk CRM costs $30 per user a month on Standard and $60 on Premium with monthly billing, or $24 and $48 a month with annual billing. folk charges per member, and every plan allows unlimited members.

Annual billing takes 20% off the monthly rate and is charged as one payment per member for the year. That payment is $288 per member on Standard and $576 on Premium.

PlanMonthly billingAnnual billing, price per monthWhat it leaves outBest for

EnterpriseFrom $100/member/monthFrom $80/member/monthNothing from the lower plans, limits are customTeams that need custom limits and security controls

folk has no free plan. The free trial lasts 14 days, includes the Premium features and asks for no credit card. When it ends without an upgrade, folk blocks the account but does not delete the data straight away, and you can ask for one more week.

Adding or removing a member changes the bill on a prorated basis at the next invoice. Billing is also counted per workspace.

The row to look at first is the gap between Standard and Premium. The price doubles between those two plans, and almost every feature a sales team asks about sits on the Premium side of that line.

What the folk Standard Plan Leaves Out

folk Standard moves people and companies through a pipeline. Deals as their own record start on Premium, and so do the tools that connect folk to your other tools.

Here is what Standard does not include:

  • Deals and other custom objects
  • Email sequences
  • The REST API
  • The Zapier and Make apps
  • Dashboards
  • Workspace roles
  • Shared interaction history beyond the last 30 interactions
  • More than one synced account per member

Standard is still a real product. It includes pipeline management, email campaigns with analytics, contact enrichment, the folkX LinkedIn extension, email, calendar and WhatsApp sync, the mobile app, reminders, AI assistants and MCP access for AI tools.

If your work is keeping track of people and reaching out to them, Standard covers it. The trouble starts when you want one record per deal, a follow-up sequence that sends itself or a connection to another tool.

What folk Premium Adds Over Standard

folk Premium costs twice what Standard costs and adds seven things. They are deals and custom objects, email sequences, REST API access, the Zapier and Make apps, dashboards, workspace roles and the full shared history of interactions.

The usage allowances grow too. Each member can sync five accounts instead of one and send 5,000 messages a month instead of 2,000, and the plan allows three custom domains instead of one.

There is one limit to know before you plan automations around Premium. folk’s help centre says it is not possible to create or update deals through Zapier and Make, so a workflow that opens a deal from a form or a booked call cannot be built with those two apps.

Stop and ask yourself which of those seven you would open this week. If the honest answer is only deals, you are paying for six other things to get one.

What folk Costs for 1, 3, 5 and 10 People

A team of 3 on folk Standard pays the equivalent of $72 a month on annual billing, charged as $864 for the year. The same team on Premium pays the equivalent of $144 a month, or $1,728 for the year. The table below shows the full yearly cost at four team sizes, on both plans and both billing cycles.

Team sizeStandard per year, monthly billingStandard per year, annual billingPremium per year, monthly billingPremium per year, annual billing
1 person$360$288$720$576
3 people$1,080$864$2,160$1,728
5 people$1,800$1,440$3,600$2,880
10 people$3,600$2,880$7,200$5,760

Premium is exactly double Standard at every size. For a five-person team on annual billing, that is $1,440 a year for Standard and $2,880 for Premium.

Annual billing saves a five-person team $360 a year on Standard and $720 on Premium. The saving is real, but it means paying for every seat up front, so it suits a team whose headcount is settled.

If you are also weighing a CRM that prices by seat and by credits, our Attio pricing breakdown does the same math at 3, 5 and 10 seats.

folk Credits and Limits That Do Not Grow With Your Team

Some folk allowances are counted per member and others are counted once for the whole workspace. The seat price is per member either way, so it helps to know which is which before you add people.

AllowanceStandardPremiumCounted
Messages2,000 a month5,000 a monthPer member
Synced accounts15Per member
Contact enrichment500 a month1,000 a monthWhole workspace
Magic fields (AI fields)2,000 a month5,000 a monthWhole workspace

Messages scale with the team. Five people on Standard can send 10,000 messages a month between them.

Enrichment does not scale that way, because the allowance does not grow with seats. The same five people share 500 enriched contacts a month, which works out to 100 each, and one person doing heavy LinkedIn prospecting can use the lot.

Enterprise is the plan with custom limits for enrichment, messages, account sync and AI fields. A team that keeps hitting the workspace allowance on Premium should ask about that plan.

When folk Is the Right Pick

folk is the right pick if you sell through relationships and most of your prospecting happens on LinkedIn. The product is built around people first, and its pricing makes the most sense for that kind of work.

The folkX extension pulls contacts from LinkedIn into a list, and it is on every plan. Enrichment then finds the email, and campaigns send the first message, all without leaving folk.

It fits work where the thing you track is a person or a company and a deal is one of several reasons to stay in touch. WhatsApp, email and calendar sync on every plan helps when conversations are spread over three channels.

Standard is enough if a pipeline of contacts is all you need. Premium earns its price when you will use sequences every week, want deals tied to several people at one company or need the API. Agencies comparing more options can read our list of the best CRMs for marketing agencies.

Who Should Not Pay for folk Premium

Skip folk Premium if all you need is a deal pipeline, a next step on every deal and a reminder. In that case you would be paying $48 to $60 per member a month to unlock one feature, a bit like renting the whole floor because you need one desk. Our list of folk CRM alternatives covers the tools built around deals instead.

Fenixtal, my old outbound agency, sent its booked calls into a lot of client CRMs. Hardly any of those clients had a CRM they liked, and the ones paying for a big tool often had a team that never opened it. The cost that hurt them was the system nobody kept up to date, far more than the invoice.

We built Fluid CRM for teams like those. It is a deal-first sales pipeline for agencies, consultants and B2B teams of 1 to 10, with one plan that includes unlimited pipelines, reminders, 8 in-app automations and the API and webhooks. If you work alone, see how it works as a CRM for solopreneurs.

It is not a replacement for what folk does best. Fluid has no LinkedIn extension, no email sequences, no contact enrichment and no native mobile app, and email is logged by BCC and not synced from your inbox.

It is also built the opposite way round, because Fluid is designed around deals and suits tracking open opportunities better than looking after a wide network of people. If you track people more than deals, folk is the better fit, and our Fluid CRM vs folk comparison goes through both side by side.
